These are stand alone programs, which takes the group through some awakening processes based upon these three inseparable tools. Each employee will become more solid and strong in their understanding, knowing, and utilizing of their powerful gifts to create and maintain championship results in Sales, Customer Service, Team Building, and Management.
The above programs can be followed up by our 12-month follow up program called Championship Certainty Training Program, which is conducted once a week via teleconference. The long term program is especially useful if there is a lot of turn over in your company.
More inportantly, it assures the championship results will be ever increasing in your company's environment. After the 12-months of follow up training, a coach the coach program is delivered and the management team takes over the process.
